We all go through different stages in our lives. For example, we can go from the high school student to the college student, changing a career, getting a new job, owning a home, being new parents, midlife crisis, divorce, having an empty nest, or even accepting that you’re aging. Each stage comes with new fears, concerns, and most of all anxiety. It can be so overwhelming! From the self-doubt to feeling unsure of what your next move will be, it can make you hesitant to make the next move.  

You may ask yourself, “Why can’t someone just tell me what to do?!” You may be surprised to know that you are that person and your unconscious has the answer. By helping you manage your emotions, I can help you listen to that voice, and help you discover what direction your unconscious is trying to point you (it will never lead you astray). This is done by helping you listen to your emotions rather than thoughts that are otherwise driving you crazy.
